Delivery
UK delivery charge is free for a Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Service (2-3 days) . We also offer a Special Delivery Royal Mail Service (Next working day) for £5.00. Any deliveries outside the U.K will be sent by Royal Mail's International Tracked & Signed Service which is fully trackable to the designation. This will be charged at £12.00. We are currently only taking orders within the U.K, EU & Australia. We may open up our service to worldwide deliveries soon. Please put a request in if you would like us to deliver to your country.
Returns
If you would like to return your purchase, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt and enclose a copy of your original invoice or complete the returns procedure guide (which you will find enclosed with your order). On receipt of the returned items, we will re-credit the original purchaser’s credit card with a full refund (excluding your original delivery charge). Please allow up to ten working days for the funds to reflect on your account.
